About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving NewCampus’s content strategy and brand presence, and also set the standard for content and communications for our diverse and dynamic tech and web3 clients.
As the Head of Content & Comms at NewCampus, you will:
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand goals and client objectives, creating high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Innovate and introduce new content mediums, ensuring strategic messaging, and alignment with project goals.
- Identify and connect dots between different projects, highlighting them through storytelling.
- Leading delivery on content & communications requests from key clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while collaborating closely to understand stakeholder priorities and goals.
- Leading a small content operations team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, and mentor junior team members to enhance their content production skills and productivity.
- Build and maintain a playbook for content strategy and operations to ensure consistency and quality.
- Set and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies, using data-driven insights to refine and improve performance.
About You
We are looking for a creative and strategic thinker, who can execute but also lead a small team. We expect that the ideal candidate will likely have 5-10 years of overall work experience in different fields, with some key experience in:
- Content production:
- Professional or personal content creation across one or more platforms: social media, blogs, newsletters, events, community forums etc
- Strong storytelling ability across written, visual, and verbal modes
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms, and the ability to adapt content for different audiences
- Client management:
- Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Note: Your client management experience does not have to overlap your content creation experience! Eg: you could have a technology consulting background, but doing personal content creation on the side.
