π― Goal: Strengthen visibility, trust, and collaboration across diverse Sandbox DAO contributors through facilitated live sessions
The Sandbox Community Sessions ran from August 1β30, 2025 and was designed to strengthen visibility, trust, and collaboration across the Sandbox DAO ecosystem. Across three facilitated sessions, we brought together contributors from grantee teams, global communities, and underrepresented roles in the DAO to share experiences, reflect on challenges, and build cross-role empathy.
In total, we conducted outreach to over 150 community members, and engaged 20+ attendees across 3 sessions. Weβre encouraged by the strong feedback and believe these sessions offer a model for lightweight, community-led engagement in the future.
While participation was slightly lower than projected, the smaller group sizes allowed for more intimate and meaningful conversations, surfacing real insights into what the community values most: visibility, peer connection, and open reflection.
Most important takeaway: This programme gave voice to often-overlooked contributors, and helped the DAO reconnect on a human level.
